Moe Maintenance LLC is a residential and commercial exterior cleaning and maintenance company based in Bridgeport and serving Chicago's South Side. We provide pressure washing, window washing, deck staining, gutter cleaning, roof washing, holiday lighting, lawn care, snow removal, driveway sealing, polymeric sanding, and exterior house painting.

If you choose to opt in, we use text messaging to communicate with you about the work you have requested or scheduled. Messages you may receive include:

Text messages under this program are sent by Moe Maintenance LLC, an exterior cleaning and maintenance company operating in Chicago's South Side, near south, and near west neighborhoods. When you opt in, you will receive messages from Moe Maintenance LLC relating to quotes, scheduling, service updates, job follow-up, and billing, and — if you separately opted into marketing — special offers, discounts, and service promotions.

Message frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month, and additional messages related to an active job or open quote. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

How to opt out and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (217) 722-5379. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cost

There is no charge from Moe Maintenance LLC for these text messages. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Service and payment terms

Services are quoted in writing before work begins. The quoted scope and price govern the job. Fees are due as stated on your invoice and are non-refundable once work is completed, except as required by law or as covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moe Maintenance LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the messaging program or from any interruption or failure of message delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
